For different reasons, merging several orders into one periodic invoice might not always be suitable for the Merchant or the Buyer's process. This can result in many invoices and credit invoices that needs to be handled separately in the payment process.

The idea with invoice statements is to give Buyer's the simplicity in paying one time a month, for dozens or even hundred of invoices, without having to change Merchant's way of handling Orders & Invoices.
